Multi-source bulk DNA samples will have DNA extracted, the relevant DNA barcode genes amplified, and the appropriate DNA sequences attached for multiplex Illumina sequencing at the Oregon State University Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing. Resulting sequences can be sent directly to customer or be evaluated by the Levi lab to produce taxonomic units, or lists of taxa with the corresponding number of sequences, for each bulk DNA sample.
