15055: Sensory Perception of Aroma Compound Interactions

Sensory perception of aroma compound interactions provide any combination of the following: running the panel, recruitment, designing the experiment, creating samples, statistical analysis, and descriptive analysis. Compound interaction fee varies depending on the amount of interactions being tested, 1-3 interactions is $6,817 and 4+ interactions is $18,416. The fee does not include costs of aroma compounds, which will be billed at actual cost. The total fee (including compounds) will be computed and discussed prior to any work being performed.
