OSU Fees Online

Fee covers the hourly use of the Global Community Kitchen in the Memorial Union. The rate covers basic materials and the labor for one student staff member. If additional labor is required for kitchen operation or food preparation, it will be billed at $15/hour more for a student worker, and if needed at a rate of $54/hour will be added for the Global Community Kitchen Coordinator. Labor needs will be agreed upon during the reservation process. If additional materials are required, they will be charged at cost to the client.

Rate of $33 - $67/hour or $208 to $440/per day for food production support through the use of the Global Community Kitchen program located in the Memorial Union. The $33 hourly rate applies for low level food product development, ie. simple beverage, snacks, baked goods, meal for quantities of 50 or less. The $67 hourly rate applies for full meal production, ie. a complex menu, meals for quantities of over 50. The daily rates apply for usage of the kitchen for 8 hours or more.
