* Peptide-conjugated Morpholino oligos are effective reagents to study gene functions. The fee includes the cost for making Morpholino-peptide conjugates with 300-1000 nmole of Morpholino oligo as the starting material. Customers will supply us with the Morpholino oligos and peptide of their choice. This rate includes 1) the consultation for selecting appropriate end-modifications of Morpholino oligos and/or peptides. 2) design conjugation and purification strategies 3) chemical conjugation 4) purifying the resulted Morpholino-peptide conjugate 5) analyze the conjugate by mass spectrometry 6) quantify the product 7) package and ship the product to customers. The shipping and handling charges will be billed at cost. *Additional 2nd or more conjugate to the same peptide sequence is $900 per conjugate.
