Project Management services include the development of a marketing and communications strategy to advance the client's overall goals; tactics will include print, multimedia (video/online), social media activities and market research. Project Management also includes coordinating with the external service providers including University Relations and Marketing, media buying agency, Printing & Mailing Services and other print providers, and freelance photographers, designers, and writers to execute the client's strategic marketing plan. The assigned project manager will be responsible for coordinating in-house staff to ensure that projects are completed within the client's timeline and budget. Marketing projects include, but are not limited to, student recruitment, alumni engagement, overall program awareness and message development.
