Classroom 2029/2035/2039 (each seat 40) - $115/hour; Classroom 2047 seats 70 - $160/hour; Pioneer Event Room & Foyer - $190/hour; Pioneer Event Room - $140/hour; Fireside Executive Suite - $160/hour; Morrison Boardroom - $100/hour; Conference room 2006 seats 12 - $75/hour; Conference Room 2007 seats 8 - $56/hour and Conference room 2049 seats 16 - $80/hour.

Rental of the Executive Suite to Non-Profit and OSU/State of Oregon Universities/State/Municipal Agencies. Minimum 4 hour rental at $415 with each additional hour at $100. Catering, custodial, cleaning, incidental supplies, required alcohol permits, or damages will be at cost. If A/V equipment will be used, costs will be discussed prior to confirmation of the reservation. A $65/reservation fee will be billed for any cancellation within 48 hours of the event date.

Rental of the Executive Suite. Minimum 4 hour rental and must have an OSU affiliation. Each additional hour $210. Non-profit organizations with an OSU affiliation will receive a 25% discount on space rates. Catering, custodial, cleaning, incidental supplies, required alcohol permits, or damages will be at cost. If A/V equipment will be used, costs will be discussed prior to confirmation of the reservation. If events are held outside of building hours, security and HVAC will be billed at cost.
