Classroom 2029/2035/2039 (each seat 40) - $150/hour; Classroom 2047 seats 70 - $215/hour; Pioneer Event Room & Foyer - $250/hour; Pioneer Event Room - $190/hour; Fireside Executive Suite - $215/hour; Morrison Boardroom - $150/hour; Conference room 2006 seats 12 - $100/hour; Conference Room 2007 seats 8 - $75/hour and Conference room 2049 seats 16 - $115/hour.

Rental of the Pioneer Event Room to Non-Profit and OSU/State of Oregon Universities/State/Municipal Agencies. Minimum 4 hour rental at $550, with each additional hour at $140. Catering, custodial, cleaning, incidental supplies, required alcohol permits, or damages will be at cost. If A/V equipment will be used, costs will be discussed prior to confirmation of the reservation. A $65/reservation fee will be billed for any cancellation within 48 hours of the event date.

Rental of the Boardroom. Minimum 4 hour rental and with an OSU affiliation. Seats 42. Minimum rate $975. Each additional hour is $245. Non-profit organizations with an OSU affiliation will receive a 25% discount on space rates. Catering, custodial, cleaning, incidental supplies, required alcohol permits, or damages will be at cost.
