Metals and alloys are re-melted and in-situ cast into a copper mold within an arc melter under ultrahigh purity argon atmosphere; molds with cylindrical cavities of 3 to 25 mm diameter are available; other shapes and dimensions of the molding cavity can be made upon request; the material is provided by the user or made through our alloy fabrication service.
